THURSDAY 21st MAY. AN ENCHANTING EVENING OF DEEP RELAXATION, HARMONIC SOUND HEALING, STORY-TELLING AND FLUTE PLAYING

A deep harmonic sound healing journey led by Peter and Natasha.
The class consists of deep relaxation guided with Natasha's gentle voice, chakra balancing and then Peter will play with 7 different Quartz singing bowls creating an even deeper zen, peaceful state 🙏🏻
You will need a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket to keep warm, comfortable clothing and a cushion and eye pillow.
